Trail Guide
The Fairyland Loop Trail at Bryce Canyon National Park is one of my favorites of any national park trail. The hoodoos and other rock formations along the trail, such as the Tower Bridge, are unlike anything I could have imagined prior to my first visit. You will be looking all around you, all day. Stopping to take pictures, to take in your surroundings, and to make mental notes of what you are seeing are certainly in the itinerary. This hike is not very difficult, however, you should be able to hike 8 miles at an altitude of 7500 feet, with moderate elevation change, and be able to carry a pack holding waters, snacks, and other basic hiking essentials for the 4-5 hour hike to ensure you have a safe, successful trip on this amazing loop trail.
