Account Growth Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • BS or BA in business administration, sales or marketing or equivalent experience.

Job Duties:

  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Content Marketing Intern:

    • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.
    • Collaborates across functions and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to met the business objectives at the lowest possible cost
    • This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion
    • Blog management
    • Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed.
    • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter distribution. This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
    • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
    • Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
    • Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required.

    Requirements

    • Experience creating content for the web and growing a social audience
    • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and ho to create it
    • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
    • Experience with Shopify, Google analytics, and the top social channels
    • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales
